Community Partnering at Work
Community Partnering helps to train congregational teams in the development of relationships and partnerships with the people and organizations in the neighborhoods.
With on-going assistance from Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, congregations design, develop, and nurture their own community ministries.
By working with their neighborhoods, congregations build upon local skills, resources, gifts, and talents to support their communities.
Congregational and Community Partnering relationships provide an opportunities for sharing information, resources, and training.
