Opening by late summer 2008, 46 units will become home to residents who prefer their own apartment, with the security of nursing care nearby. Inviting activities, caring social services and warm hospitality are provided, with the availability of short-term rehabilitative care and 24-hour skilled nursing care on site.

Services provided include:

• Single Room Suites, with optional 2-room suites
• Supervision of any necessary medications
• Dietary consultation by a certified dietician
• Three nutritious meals daily
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Scheduled daily activities include crafts, cooking, sing-a-longs, worship services, planned trip
• Assistance with transportation to local medical appointments
• Emergency call system with on-site nurse response
• Social services and spiritual counseling as requested
• Use of facility grounds, including areas of worship, activities, and visitation
