Helping individuals overcome challenges as they struggle with the hurdles of poverty

H.E.R.O.

H.E.R.O. (Housing, Employment, Recovery, Opportunity) is a program that provides transitional coordination with trained social workers as community liaisons to the underserved and those in poverty. H.E.R.O. helps individuals address issues of hunger, securing proper identification, acquiring job training, securing affordable housing, improving access to transportation and guiding those seeking treatment from addiction.
