Caregiver Extension Program For Caregivers of all Types

Caring for a loved one is a huge opportunity as well as responsibility, there is not always a right or wrong way to do it, but there is help to make the tough moments bearable. Come and share or just listen to others who are going through similar experiences. Lighten your load.

Lutheran Senior LIFE at Jersey City will be conducting a 6 part program for caregivers of all types.  The program is for caregivers of participants at Lutheran Senior LIFE, but is also open to the community. The sessions will forcus on education and reinforcement of coping skills. The participants will be given time to share their experiences.

February 6, 2017 – WHen Should I call the Doctor?
March 6, 2017 – When Is It Just Too Much?
April 3, 2017 – Relying on Your Support System
