The Health Center at Crane’s Mill includes a full service skilled nursing care center that offers specialized medical services with licensed staff around the clock. This program of ongoing skilled nursing provides 24-hour care and/or rehabilitative therapies to enhance a resident’s abilities. Rehabilitative therapies include: physical, occupational, speech and intravenous (IV) treatment.

Services offered at the Health Center are provided within a private or semi-private room. Our staff and carefully planned environment assure security, peace of mind, dignity and compassionate care. We welcome admissions directly from home or hospital.

Respite Care

For caregivers, the Health Center at Crane’s Mill provides on-site short term respite care for your loved one while you are out-of-town or in need of temporary relief from the intensive demands of caring for your elderly family member. Our respite care program provides caregivers with peace of mind while they are away.
