Our apartments and cottages are spacious and comfortable. With more than 25 floor plans to choose from, each one provides all the comforts of home and lets you decide what features best suit your needs.

Your new apartment or cottage in Independent Living is NOT a real estate purchase. There is a one time entrance fee payable upon move-in. There are two types of Contracts with several plans under each contract type. Additionally, there is a Monthly Service Fee. All fees are based on unit size and number of occupants.

Our campus offers a variety of apartment and cottage layouts – some are even new construction. All apartments are connected to a central common area called “Towne Square.” The grounds are professionally landscaped, and many residents have gardens blooming with colorful annuals and perennials.

Our floor plans range from a studio apartment to a three bedroom cottage. Each apartment and cottage is carpeted and comes with a complete kitchen and laundry area. Best of all, most apartments have a screened in porch or a patio, and all have walk in closets, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, an emergency call system, smoke and fire alarms, and cable connection.
