Crane’s Mill Continuing Care Retirement Community employs more than 150 people, who assist in providing services and care to more than 300 residents. As a program of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, we are driven by our mission, to serve those in New Jersey who hurt, who are in need or who have limited choices. Our employees have dedicated their lives to serving the elderly and disabled, and all share a passion for the work that they do and for the individuals they care for.
