Security Services:
24-hour campus security
Crane’s Mill offers security on a number of levels. With emergency call systems in every home and security personnel on duty around the clock, you can leave your worries on Crane’s Mill doorstep. Plus, when you travel, just pack you bags, lock the door and go . . . our staff will take care of everything while you’re gone.
Monitored emergency response system
An emergency call system is located within each living unit. The emergency response system is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Secure building access
We take every precaution necessary to provide our residents with a secure environment. Visitors and vendors must sign in with our front desk and all doors to the facility, with exception of the main entrance, require key access.

Housekeeping
Light Housekeeping services are provided every other week at no additional charge for residents in Independent and Assisted Living units. Residents’ bed linens will be cleaned weekly at no additional charge. On an annual basis, heavy housekeeping services will be provided and will include cleaning windows and moving furniture. Additional housekeeping services are available at an additional charge.
Maintenance
Furnishings, appliances, and other property and equipment supplied by Crane’s Mill will be repaired and maintained or replaced by the maintenance staff. Repairs, maintenance and replacement of the resident’s personal property will be the responsibility of the resident.
Ample parking for residents and guests
Limited and well maintained parking areas are available to residents and guests at no additional charge. Creekside garage is available for residents of the Creekside apartments for a fee.
Transportation
As an added convenience, Crane’s Mill offers scheduled transportation for physician appointments, shopping, to banks and other points of interest within a 10 mile radius, on a scheduled basis.
