Breaking Ground on a New Office Building

EXPECTED COMPLETION – MAY 2012

Watch the progress as we break ground and construct our new 2-story, 15,000 square foot corporate office building, situated on 8 acres in Burlington, New Jersey. We will provide regular updates to the progress of the construction, through images and project status posts below.

2.08.12 – Exterior siding in completely installed. Exterior stone work in progress. Interior drywall is complete.

1.26.12 – Window installation nearly complete. Exterior siding installation has begun. Interior framing is progressing.

1.09.12 – Windows are going in. Interior work continues to include electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

12.30.11 – Building is weather tight, rough electric, plumbing and gas piping 100% installed. Rough carpentry/framing is complete, as well as ductwork.

12.5.11 – Roof is on. Parking Lot has been outlined. Interior framing has begun.

11.7.11 – Flooring and exterior framing under way. Slab has been prepped and will be poured soon.

10.17.11 – Steel frame is up

10.13.11 – Setting steel frame

9.27.11 – Pad work is complete. Footing, piers and columns have been dug. Concrete will be poured next week.

8.23.11 – LSM/NJ celebrates formal groundbreaking with key officials from Burlington Township, Board members, Construction officials and Executive management.
