Lutheran Care at Moorestown is a 12-acre campus located on Main Street in Moorestown’s Historic District. It provides a continuum of care in a warm, friendly environment. Our compassionate staff of Physicians, Nurses and Professionals pays loving, detailed attention to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of all residents. Grace Assisted Living Center is a new facility that opened in November 2009. This center is home to residents who prefer independent living, with the security of nursing care nearby, if needed. Inviting activities, caring social services and warm hospitality are provided, with the availability of short-term rehabilitative care at Hope Rehabilitation Center and 24-hour routine care within the Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care unit if needed.
Hope Rehabilitation Center specializes in state of the art rehabilitation services to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. Our comprehensive sub-acute care program focuses on short-term post hospital care when you’re facing a medical challenge and are in need of aggressive rehabilitation.
Lutheran Home at Moorestown provides skilled nursing care by licensed professionals 24-hours a day. Specialized services include Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Respite Care, and Long-Term Care. Restorative rehabilitation is provided to residents by the staff of Hope Rehabilitation Center.
Breidenhart Castle is the cornerstone of Lutheran Care at Moorestown. Twice placed on the Register of Historic Places, the Castle will also play an integral role in the future of Lutheran Care at Moorestown, as additional services are available to seniors who still reside at home.
