Our rehabilitation services are team-coordinated among our professional Nurses, Unit Managers, and Dietician, who work with you after hospitalization to maximize your functional ability—which means a faster return home. Also part of your team are staff Physical, Occupational, and Speech/Language Therapists with extensive experience.
Individualized care plans and one-to-one treatments focus on measurable outcomes. All of your Rehabilitation treatment will take place under the careful supervision of an interdisciplinary team of professionally trained and experienced in-house staff, including a Physiatrist (Doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation). Sub-acute care units feature spacious private and semi-private rooms, conveniently accessible to our comprehensive fully-equipped rehabilitation gym.
