Project Home

Project Home provides transitional housing for 18 families in Jersey City. Residents participate in individual and group counseling with Twelve Step program support, as well as parenting and employment skills training, and life skills mentoring in everyday activities. Project Home is a collaborative program of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, Women Rising of Hudson County, and Catholic Charities of Hudson County.
