Last year, LSMNJ served over 6,500 people across our state through a diversified ministry program.
Affordable Housing: 925 qualified seniors and family members were “at home” in LMSNJ properties across New Jersey.
Community Outreach Services: Lives of more than 3,800 people were enriched through efforts such as adoptions, legal services for immigrants, a homeless day shelter, and food pantry grants.
Community Residential Services: Special housing and/or developmental needs of 165 and more children and adults were met in caring environments.
Senior Healthcare and Retirement Living: Diverse programs benefited upwards of 1,550 New Jersey residents, aged 65 and over.Statistics from January 1st – December 31st 2014.
LSMNJ is committed to the responsible stewardship of all of our funds and programs. We place a high value on ethics, transparency, and accountability. Our fiscal year begins January 1 and ends December 31. As a federally tax-exempt organization, LSMNJ files Form 990 with the Internal Revenue Service at the completion of the annual audit each spring. Form 990 provides financial information relevant to the fulfillment of our mission through the LSMNJ organization and its various programs. In addition to Form 990s provided for LSMNJ and the Lutheran Foundation of New Jersey, separate Form 990s are filed for three anchor programs: Crane’s Mill Continuing Care Retirement Community. Lutheran Care at Moorestown, and Lutheran Senior LIFE.
