LSMNJ creates Education Fund to support Annual Back-To-School Backpack Drive
The school year hasn’t even ended and we’re already gearing up for our Annual Back-To-School Backpack Drive. But this year is different in so many ways. Like many of us in this time of uncertainty, the needs of our school aged children are simply unknown.
Thankfully, the generosity of years past put us in a wonderful position to meet specific needs as they arise. This year, we are asking for the gift of flexibility. We hope you will consider making a financial gift to our Education Fund, rather than actual supplies. This way, we will be able to fulfill the specific needs of each child – whether it be a backpack, pencils, paper, jump drives, uniforms or college application fees.
We are looking to have donations in the Education Fund by August. This will allow us to reach to the needs of our children.
Gifts can be made two ways:

If you prefer to purchase an actual product, perhaps you would consider filling Blessing Bags which go to our seniors living in affordable housing. LSMNJ has a wide range of individuals we care for. We want you to take part in the way that is most meaningful to you.
