Lutheran Care at Moorestown Announces New Name
Reflecting changes to meet evolving needs of the aging

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey (LSMNJ) is pleased to announce that Lutheran Care at Moorestown is now officially Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living at Moorestown. The new name reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to fulfilling the physical, social and emotional needs of residents, as well as serving the evolving needs of its aging population.

“This is an exciting time for Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living at Moorestown,” said Peg Bucci, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of LSMNJ. “The new name is the first of many enhancements we are making to the facility this year. In the coming months, we will also be making targeted capital investments, upgrades to thefacility and customer service platform, as well as providing enhanced staff development opportunities.”

Lutheran Crossings Enhanced Living at Moorestown seeks to surround the physical needs of residents with customized, personalized care; enhance residents’ emotional and mental well-being by reasserting their importance and facilitating connections in their community; and enrich their social vitality by creating a neighborhood of caring where residents from all backgrounds and religious affiliations can connect with each other and share experiences.

Assistant Director of Nursing Carol Tate, RN, shares, “Our employees are excited about the name change and the many environmental updates occurring. However, we continue to hold the mission of ‘serving those in need’ close to our hearts and use it as a guide in the way we care for our residents.”
