Lutheran Care Receives Grant To Continue Providing Quality Care

Moorestown, NJ—Lutheran Care at Moorestown has received a $2,226.81 grant from the Mary Anna Deardorff Fund of The Philadelphia Foundation to support its senior care facility. Announcement of the grant was made by R. Andrew Swinney, President of the Foundation, whose Board of Managers approved the grant on June 3, 2013.

Lutheran Care at Moorestown is a 12-acre campus located on Main Street in Moorestown’s Historic District. It is home to Grace Assisted Living, Hope Rehabilitation, and a skilled nursing facility, providing a continuum of care to its residents.

Douglas Venzie, executive director of Lutheran Care at Moorestown expressed his gratitude, “Grants like this give us the opportunity to continue going that ‘extra mile’ for our residents. We plan daily group activities for our residents, ensuring a meaningful quality of life, regardless of their healthcare needs.”
