Lutheran Senior LIFE at Union Groundbreaking

LSMNJ is proud to announce its newest project, Lutheran Senior LIFE at Union. Construction is underway on this new PACE (a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program located in Plainfield. The program will serve Union County seniors in need of a nursing home level of care, but who wish to remain living in their homes and communities.

Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey (LSMNJ) is proud to announce its newest project, Lutheran Senior LIFE at Union. Construction is underway on this new PACE (a Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program located in Plainfield. The program will serve Union County seniors in need of a nursing home level of care, but who wish to remain living in their homes and communities. This innovative program will address each participant’s individual needs through adult day care, home care, rehabilitation, meals, and a host of other health and wellness services.

The project’s groundbreaking marks the organization’s second PACE program—its first provides care in Jersey City and the surrounding Hudson County area. The Lutheran Senior LIFE at Union center is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
