2013 Fall Golf Classic is a Success
Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey (LSMNJ) Foundation held its annual fall golf outing at the premiere Burlington County Country Club, Monday, September 30, 2013.
Over $30,000 was raised, benefitting the Good Samaritan Fund of LSMNJ. Funds raised for the Good Samaritan Fund directly support the various needs of LSMNJ programs and program participants.
“The parable of the Good Samaritan Fund speaks of the universal lesson to ‘love our neighbors.’ We are so appreciative to have so many faithful partners dedicated to doing just that, by serving those who hurt, who are in need, or who have limited choices,” expressed Beth Gebhart, director of Fund Development and the LSMNJ Foundation.
Eighty-three supporters came together to enjoy an afternoon of golf throughout the challenging 18-hole golf course, designed by Alexander Findlay.
“It was a perfect afternoon for a golf outing, only improved by supporting a great cause,” said Beth Gebhart.
A special thank you to all supporters of the 2013 Fall Golf Classic.
