New President and CEO Joins LSMNJ Family

Phil Harrington, LSMNJ interim president and CEO, and Bill McCracken, LSMNJ Board Chairman, welcomed Colleen Frankenfield as the new president and CEO to lead LSMNJ. Colleen greeted staff in the Burlington office saying, “I’m honored and proud to say I’m now part of the LSMNJ family.  While it will take some time to visit all of our 20 locations across New Jersey, I’m eager to meet you and learn about your program, what you do, whom you serve, and how you help fulfill the mission of LSMNJ.”

While sharing what drew her to LSMNJ, Colleen noted three cornerstones she believes in that guide her through life and work: passion, ministry, and joy. She found these three in LSMNJ—its programs, services and people.

Colleen is looking forward to leading LSMNJ as the organization continues to transition and meet the evolving needs of New Jersey residents. She expressed to staff her eagerness to meet with them, ask questions, listen and learn from all of them. “I will look for your voice, your input, your support and your patience, as we transition to a new chapter in LSMNJ’s history of service…  You are the face, heart, and soul of LSMNJ and I am proud and honored to join you in service…as a member of the team and as your CEO.”
