Brenden D. Garozzo, MA, LNHA, RHP, CALA

Joining LSMNJ in May 2026. During Brenden’s early years he developed a very close relationship with his grandparents. This valuable life experience helped Brenden into the long career in senior living today. Brenden grew up on his family farm located in South Jersey. His mother owns and operates a dance studio that has been around for 58 years. That dance studio is now managed by his sisters and nieces. Brenden also followed in his father’s political footsteps. His father was a Mayor and Brenden became Deputy Mayor of the neighboring town.

Brenden has more than 30 years in various leadership roles within Life Plan Communities. He has served as a senior living Operations and Administrator Consultant, where he supported clients through quality assurance audits, mock surveys, and policy and procedure implementation. Brenden also led and managed the first Assisted Living Program in affordable housing in New Jersey.

Brenden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master

of Arts degree in Administration from Rowan University, as well as an Associate

Degree in Nursing from Gloucester County College, Sewell, NJ.

Additionally, Brenden is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the

State of New Jersey and holds several professional certifications, including

Retirement Housing Professional (RHP) and Certified Assisted Living

Administrator. Brenden’s professional affiliations, community involvement and volunteering include being a member of the LeadingAge New Jersey House of Delegates, Advisory Board, Member for the Gloucester County Office on Aging, and Vice Chair/Commissioner of the Housing Authority of Gloucester County.

In Brenden’s spare time with his fiancé and two grown sons. He enjoys living at the Jersey shore, going to the beach, paddle boarding, fishing, golfing, gardening and working on his beautiful Victorian home.
