Regional Director of the PACE Program

David brings more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in PACE operations and healthcare management. Most recently, he served as the Program Director for ArchCare Senior Life PACE in the Bronx, where he oversaw daily operations for more than 300 participants, led high-performing interdisciplinary teams, strengthened regulatory readiness, and supported significant program growth.

His background also includes marketing, healthcare outreach, financial services, community engagement, and long-standing volunteer leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, is bilingual (Cantonese & Hainam), and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
