Senior Vice President and CFO

Jeannine M. Richman, CPA, MBA joined Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey as new Senior Vice President & CFO in August 2020. Jeannine has over 20 years’ experience in finance and leadership. Most recently, she was the CFO for Baptist Retirement Homes of North Carolina, a multi-site non-profit health network serving 1000 clients including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and a foundation. Prior to her tenure at Baptist Retirement Homes, Jeannine worked for Trinity Health as an area VP of Finance where she was responsible for all financial aspects of the network that served 1500 clients in service lines that included HUD housing, PACE, Mobile Rural Health and the CCRC.  Jeannine has a long history of working for Not for Profits and was drawn to LSMNJ through a shared common goal of making a difference in the lives of others.

When not at work, Jeannine enjoys spending time with her family; she has a son, daughter and four siblings.  She also enjoys sports and the great outdoors and is always ready to explore new activities and locations.
