Michael Schauffele

Regional Director of Plant Operations

Michael Schauffele joined Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey as Regional Director of Plant Operations.

Michael’s professional career in construction, facilities management, safety, and security has spanned more than 20 years, including 15 years as an owner of a commercial construction company. His company built chain fast food establishments and cell phone stores along the East Coast from start to finish. Most recently, Michael served as a Facilities Director for St. John of God Community Services.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, including time on the boat waterskiing, camping, and riding dirt bikes.
