Suzanne Kucker

Regional Director of Clinical Services

Suzanne came to Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey with greater than 25 years in health care.  She has held clinical leadership roles in variety of health care environments including skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospice, and PACE.  Additionally, her career has allowed her the opportunity to be part of a start-up leadership team in two separate health care ventures, an acute rehabilitation hospital and a hospice.  Throughout her career her responsibilities have included clinical oversight, IDT leadership, policy and procedure development, compliance, process evaluation, and strategic growth plans.

Suzanne’s academic journey is a testament to her commitment to health care. She holds a master’s degree in adult health nursing from Widener University and a nursing degree from Trenton State College (now known as The College of New Jersey). Because of her love for seniors, she also became licensed in New Jersey as an Assisted Living Administrator.
