In this workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of the different types of dementia and learn how to communicate effectively with individuals diagnosed with dementia. In addition, this course will discuss the basics of advance care planning and end of life decision making options with a dementia diagnosis. This CEU is presented virtually, via zoom and is 1 credit hour. Attendees may connect by phone or by zoom conference call.
