Who: Serving Union county seniors who qualify for nursing home level of care and want to remain in their homes and communities
What: Lutheran Senior LIFE at Union is a PACE (Program for the All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, providing care that revolves around the individual. PACE was created as a way to provide you, your family, caregivers, and professional health care providers the flexibility to meet your health care needs and to help you continue living in the community.
Where: The day center is located in Plainfield (the former Muhlenberg Hospital site), but will care for seniors throughout Union County.
When: Scheduled to open toward the end of 2024!
Why: Caring for the whole individual, managing healthcare needs, and providing compassionate support benefits the whole community.
