Mission Champions: Recognition for our exceptional employees
Mission Champions are employees who go above and beyond and exceed your expectations. The care they provide is more than completing their job, it is providing great service, a commitment to excellence, and/or delivering compassionate, grace-filled care and living the mission of Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey – which is to help those who hurt, who are in need, or who have limited choices.
You can thank an employee through a philanthropic contribution to the LSMNJ Foundation in their honor, and we will highlight their efforts and deem them a Mission Champion. Each Mission Champion will be presented with a special lanyard along with your personal message. They will be recognized on social media for all of their friends and family to see. They will also be highlighted in a special section of our Annual Report to the Community.

Once received, the employee you have recognized will be presented with their Mission Champion honor at the next staff meeting. At that time, they will receive a copy of your personal ‘thank you’ message and their honorary lanyard.
