Free Memory Screening

 
Lutheran Crossings will be participating in Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s National Memory Screening Program and will offer FREE, confidential memory screenings, administered by qualified healthcare professionals, and will distribute educational materials. The screening will take approximately 10 minutes and consists of a series of questions and tasks designated to gauge memory, thinking and language skills.
